Those of you who know our dear Peyton he is all about PLAY! He loves to fetch so Bella and Peyton found something new to fetch tonight while Tim was grilling! Too Funny!!!

After music class Bella and MiMi enjoyed sharing their lunch together and exchanging food and toys! They were quite the duo to watch this afternoon!

Our Orlando Trip 2008

A special visit...

On Tuesday we knew daddy would be busy all day with conferences so we drove a little over 2 hours to see Grandma Norton! We ran into traffic but she had lunch waiting for us and a special plate already made for Bella. Yummy homemade tapioca pudding for dessert!

We spent the rest of the afternoon visiting and

Bella telling Grandma a story....
She thinks Grandma would look better with the hair bow...
Grandma taught Bella to play hide n seek behind the blue chair...
They talked about watering her flowers....
Grandma celebrated her 90th Birthday in January but that didn't stop her one bit from keeping up with all Bella was doing!

It was a wonderful visit for all of us and we are so glad we made the trip!

Off & Away

We are in Florida for the week. Tim has a software conference so Bella and I tagged along to enjoy some warm weather and have some fun! I forgot my camera cord so check back this weekend for post about all our adventures!

Family Pictures.....

Last Sunday we went to Traders Point Creamery and had some family pictures taken by our wonderful photographer friend, Nate!!! We love the creative view that Nate always seems to find and a stress free session! It was a cold Sunday afternoon so we were in a barn which Bella loved watching and chasing the chickens! Ofcourse at this age didn't really care about the pictures! I was happy with what we got!

Bella spent the night with Grandma and Papaw Maines Wednesday and all day Thursday while I had to have an outpatient surgery and she had so much fun!!!! We picked her up Thursday and went to the annual Pancake Supper but unfortunately my camera battery died so we don't have any fun pictures to share! BOOO!

Friday and Saturday night Bella spent the night with Grammy J, Papaw and Aunt Rachel! She had lots of fun as always but since Saturday was too cold to go outside they took an outing to our favorite store...Target! Yes, Bella raked in the goods...a new chair just her size, new crayons, new Elmo video and an Elmo bath toy too!

Fun with Addie

Miss Bella Raye got to go play at Addie's house today when I went to a Dr appointment! She mastered climbing up and down the cool slide that Addie has in her basement and showed off some of her dance moves! I know she had lots of fun because when she came home she was ready for dinner and bed!

Cheese Dip...

In preparation for the big game tonight I made cheese dip and we grilled out!
Bella has had pieces of chips before and guacamole but never cheese dip or helped herself!

Tonight she was all about it and found out how addicting it can be! Digging her own chips out of the bag and dipping her chips in and out of the bowl! It even had a little kick to it but she didn't mind!

Too cute...she looked like such a big girly when she was helping herself to the cheese dip treat!

First Trip to the zoo This year....

Monday was another beautiful day outside so we were taking advantage of the weather and enjoying being outside by going to the zoo with friends!

Bella loved the sharks...she would say hi shark and was fine with trying to touch them! No fear at this age!
Of course still loved the Giraffe and the Elephants....

Nothing like a stroller line up to eat lunch!

We had fun with Abby, Ella, Hayden and Becky today!

Park Fun....

After Bella got up from her nap we were sooo excited to get to the park down the street....

Climbed up on down all by herself...with her sippy of course
went swinging and didn't want to stop....
went down the curly slide, tunnel slide and straight slide!!!

It was a beautiful and fun afternoon at the park!!!

Sunny Sunday morning....

This morning after church we enjoyed sunny morning breakfast at Bubs Cafe with Grammy J and Papaw. Bella had so much fun running around outside while waiting for our table! She is napping now then daddy and I have plans to have fun on the beautiful day at the park!

Thank goodness some nice Spring weather is finally coming around!

Saturday night we joined friends at Mudsocks Grill to celebrate Scott's 35th Birthday a little early and to watch the Final Four!

It was a night full of catching up without the kiddos, laughter and some Silver Strike Fun! The Ranek's blew us away with their score!!!

Katie Shower....

Yesterday afternoon my mom, sister and I went to a bridal shower for Katie who we grew up with in the old neighborhood! It was a stock her kitchen shower and I was trying to find away to register again and get some of the wonderful gifts she got!

We are so excited to celebrate with her and her family at her wedding April 26th!

Congrats Katie!!!! Some of the old neighbors...it was great to see every one and catch up. We grew up in a wonderful neighborhood where the neighbors were like 2nd family. We had numerous friends to play with each day and many people to help out when needed even if it was just for a slice or bread. Majority of the parents still live there and now some of the kids have even started to move back!

I hope that we find a neighborhood like that to raise our family in!
