Bella Raye has a new obsession Barney (Barna)! Yes, she can’t get enough of him! We limit her TV time throughout the day but she is actually pointing to the TV and asking for him! She is not happy when the TV doesn’t come back on. Yesterday she even took our remote out of our room and was pointing it at the DVD player in the family room in hopes it would work! She was trying to make him appear!What is it that the kids love about this big purple dinosaur?
Aunt Rachel and The Kirks all got her new Barney DVD’s for Valentine’s Day to help with her addiction.

Julia loved Barney for a while there too. Occasionally she will still ask for it. No worries...she'll grow out of it!
Well, I always thought Sarah would grow out of it....yes Sarah-the almost 18 year old...she found out I gave all her old vhs Barney episodes away and got really mad-she can still do the "rap" from the old Christmas one! She still is a Barney freak! (But she is pretty smart so I guess it did not hurt her in the long run!)She even gave her pacifier to the Easter Bunny for a Barney blanket for her bed!
I recall taking our Garrett to see "Barney Live" and it being so important that we got tickets in the 2nd row!!!! I haven't even ever been to a rock concert in the 2nd row!! The things we do for our kids.
