CUPCAKES
Start with White Cake Mix, following directions on back of box, once mixed, divide batter into 3 bowls. Add nearly a bottle of blue to one bowl and red food coloring to the other bowl, leaving one white cake batter alone.
Layer batter in cupcake pan.
Bake as directed on box.
Bake as directed on box.
Decorate and ENJOY!!!!
