Saturday we participated in a Trunk or Treat event at Shepherd Community Center. Our outreach group through MOPS organized it and I am so glad we were able to do it.
serves many families throughout the east side of Indianapolis.
We explained to Bella that we were providing treats, which she helped me pick out. She was encharge of passing out the bat and pumpkin erasers and she decided girls got pumpkins and boys got bats. She stuck with her plan, and was so sweet to tell each of them "Happy Halloween"as she dropped one in theirgoodie bag! We had about 300 treaters!
I loved that we could serve as a family and get Bella involved with serving others. This is a great organization that we plan to serve again with!
