For years we have shared bringing in the New Year with these friends! Amy and I have been celebrating over 16 year except for 2, I think.

This year because of work schedules, getting back from vacation, a new baby and pregnancy we decided to celebrate at noon instead.

The kids got to join in the fun too with hats,beads, blowers and dancing! They didn't like when we started joining in the dancing...it was just for kids we were instructed!!!

We shared a little bubbly, pizza and munchies! It was a great celebration for the New Year!

We do plan on bringing in the New Year at midnight again but may keep the tradition of celebrating with the kids at noon!

Tangled....

Thursday we headed to Cinema Grill to meet Miss Jenny, Emily and Fallyn and seeTangled.

Bella was a little nervous about the "witch" in the movie.(not sure if she saw a preview or where this came from) We ended up going and there was one scene she hopped in my lap because the mom was being mean but other than that she LOVED it! I thought it was pretty cute too!

Cinema Grill wasn't the fanciest place by any means but it was fun to share a pizza while watching the movie!

We will check it out again!

Glad we got to share a nice afternoon with some friends!

Christmas with the Kirk's....

Monday we headed to to Benihana's with the Kirk's to celebrate Christmas! Also such a fun, entertaining and yummy meal! I love that Bella uses her chopsticks pretty well each time we go. She tried the noddles that Jackson got and LOVED them!

Christmas in Lebanon....

On the 26th we headed up to Lebanon to share Christmas with Tim's family! We were once again so thankful that we were able to stretch out Christmas with each family and truly enjoy it!!!

Beth "The Dr?"

Saturday night I was telling Bella that we had to go to bed because we were going to Grandma&Papaw's for Christmas. We were also telling her who all was going to be there, I said Beth, a dear friend that Tim and Suzi considered like a sister while growing up, was coming from Chicago.

Bella responded, "Beth, The Dr?" I found it pretty funny that she remembered she was a Chiropractor since it had been a year since we have seen Dr Beth!

Saturday afternoon we headed over to my parents house for Christmas with my family!

It was a great night with great company, a wonderful Christmas meal, and some presents too!

Christmas morning....

One happy little girl with the very specific twins she had asked for all season! One boy and one girl with hair to match hers. We think their names are Kate and Tyler....

We all slept in and woke up to many gifts under the tree but the best gift was being able to spend time as a family that morning with not having to rush here and there!

Our Christmas morning funny....Tim was making us his famous biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I was in and out of the kitchen when I noticed the Egg Nog container was empty instead of the whole milk....I caught it just before all the flour went in so he was able to drain it all off and continue with a great breakfast for us! They were delicious as always!!!

Matching pj's...

One of our Christmas traditions has been that on Christmas Eve Bella and Wyatt have matching pj's! This year it was very difficult to find gender neutral and their sizes(she still toddler section and he is in boys)! Grandma M finally went online and found these cute polar bear ones!

I have already found some for next year so we don't have the same issues.

The kids think it is so much fun that the match for the night!
