Bella's 1st Colts game!!!

Bella finally go to go to her 1st Colts game!!! (well pre-season)

We went with Papaw Jim, Aunt Suzi and Wyatt too

It was a PERFECT night for some Football. The stadiums roof and large window was open.

The kids had FUN cheering the Colts on and watching all the fun entertainment they have during the breaks. Bella really enjoyed watching the cheerleaders and trying to mimic their moves too.

Skyline looked awesome over the big open window!

Bella thought it was funny that our exact car was there and it was painted.

When Bella and I were walking around the stadium we ran right into Addie and Doug! Addie was there for her 1st game too! The girls were so cute and I think in this picture they look a lot like twins!

Unfortunately with a last second field goal we lost the game!

GO COLTS!!!

Baby Kalina

This little one deserved her own little post.

She is the 3rd elephant to be born to her momma at zoo, Kubwa.

The zoo opened up naming this little one to the public.

The choices were:

Kashka, Oria or Kalina

Bella and I voted on Kalina, and I guess so did many others. Kalina got over 50% of the votes.

She was born on July 20th and was around 230lbs. She is so cute and doesn't stray far from her mommy! It will be fun to watch her grow at the zoo!!!

Indianapolis Zoo

I got called off work due to low census at work so we took advantage of yet another beautiful afternoon and no crowds and went to the zoo.

Bella got to lead and decided which direction we were going.

Her 1st stop was the butterfly garden , the butterflies were done for the season but there were still many pretty flowers to look at.

Next stop aquarium, It is surprising how much she takes in from each trip to the zoo. It was fun to have tell me about animals she has learned about from previous experiences.

While in the aquarium we heard that Baby Kalina, the new baby elephant, was in the plains for 45more minutes so we dashed over there.

Racing the cheetah's has been one of Bella's favorites while at the zoo.

We saw many more animals, had fun exploring at our own pace and enjoyed a frozen orange juice together!

Bella was worn out when we got home and slept for 2.5 hours, that is a rarity this days!

Monon Center

We FINALLY made it to the monon water park this summer! They have shortened their hours since kids are back in school but we took advantage of it still! It ended up being a perfect day and we enjoyed that there was nearly no one there!!!

Bella's 1st Soccer Game...

Bella is playing soccer for the 1st time this year!!!

She is playing for 1st Baptist and is on the Strikers Team.

Leading her team on the field excited about the start of the game.

She and Patrick were the Team Captains for the 1st game.

Bella did good and was in the mix a few times, got to kick the ball in and

then by the end of the game decided maybe she'd just hold coach Ben's hand and run down the field!

She thought this was pretty cool too!

It definitely provides lots of entertainment watching these kids on the field.

Too Cute!

Riley Fun Zone at the Fair

Bella and I hoped the free bus to the fair Thursday afternoon to meet everyone else after they got off work.

It dropped us off right at the Riley Fun Zone where kids can pretend to be a farmer.

Bella has done this for the last few years and loves it so we couldn't miss out this year!
