Christmas Party...

Sunday night our friends, The Wilkinson's, invited us to join their family for a Christmas party at Meridian Hills.

Mrs Clause was wonderful in seeing Bella's fear and helping her through it! She told her to whisper in her ear and then she would tell Santa. Bella thought that was a great idea and finally got to tell Santa that she wanted the Bitty Twins for Christmas! We will have to wait and see what is under the tree Christmas Day.

This was a fantastic Christmas party that kept us busy all night with dinner, Meet Mr&Mrs Clause, Carriage Rides(the wind was a little too much to get the little ones in) 3 craft tables, balloon artist, face painting, Christmas Cookies and Dancing! A good night was had by all for sure!

Christmas Brunch at Aunt Sharon's

Sunday we went to Aunt Sharon's for Tim's moms side of the family Christmas brunch! We had a delicious brunch and the kids enjoyed a few presents too!

Christmas at the Zoo...

Friday was a perfect night for Christmas at the Zoo.

It was a balming 35degrees which was as warm as it was going to get for awhile in good ol' Indiana!

It was a great night of looking at beautiful lights throughout the zoo, checking out a few animals, riding the train, getting some hot chocolate and decorating a cookie! We saw Santa's reindeer in the butterfly gardens that were beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and hundreds of poinsettias.

Birthday Celebrating

Sunday on my actual Birthday, Tim and I went to the Colts game! I was hoping on a Birthday win,it was a great game even thought we lost in overtime!

Then we sought out a place for dinner, for those of you in Indy, don't try this around broadripple on a Sunday night! We tried 3 places which were all closed so ending up having a yummy meal at Carrabas!

I was also excited that Tim and Bella got me a bike for my birthday! Now I just have to use it!

The on Monday I joined some of my favorite ladies at Pizzaology for dinner, drinks and great conversation! Having these wonderful women in my life is a gift in itself!

Holiday Spectacular!!!

After Santa breakfast we headed to meet my mom for a day of celebrating Rachel's and my birthdays!

We started with the always wonderful Carmel High School Holiday Spectacular show. It is 2 1/2 hours of amazing entertaining from high school students!

Then a little shopping before meeting the rest of the family for dinner.

Santa Breakfast...

This morning Suzi and Shirley's sorority hosted the annual Santa breakfast at Arni's!

Wyatt hoped right up on Santa's lap reading his list to him!

So cute!!!

Bella on the other hand wasn't going up there without me! She did give him high five and there was no tears so that is a little better than last year!

It was a great Saturday morning to start off the Christmas Season! Indiana weather even sprinkled some nice white snow to help get us in the spirit and not too much to cause any delays!

Holiday "baking" with the Salter Girls...

Last week our friends Molli & John took a kids free get-away to Mexico for 6 days so Rachel and I helped with the kids while they were away!

We had fun "baking" with the girls!

Although our gingerbread houses didn't turn out the best we all had fun and shared lots of laughs, trying to get them to stay up!

Friday we made the pretzel/hug holiday treats!

Those were easy and turned out great!!!

Our Christmas Tree 2010...

Out Christmas tree was nearly a week long process in puting up and decorating!

We bought it last Saturday night, and then I like to let the limbs "fall" for a day!

So then with my work schedule we weren't able to decorate until Thursday morning. Of course when we started we didn't have enough lights b.c strands we had were 1/2 out so that meant heading out to Target.

Finally it is all decorated and Tim and Bella were able to get our angel on top!

Worth the wait!
