Spring Sing...

Bella had a row full of family excited for her last preschool performance, Spring Sing!!!

Mrs Peggy and Mrs Dawn, he sweet, sweet teachers!!!

The kids had practiced really hard and sang some adorable songs as a class and then

with all the pre-K and senior preschoolers!

What a wonderful 4 years she has of growing, learning and loving at this preschool!

We LOVE OPLC and will miss everyone but excited to that Bella will be in kindergarten!!!

1st Trip to the zoo in 2012

The tempertures have been so mild lately that we decided to check out the zoo! McGrath's met us there which made the day even more fun! Many of the animals were up and about because of the nice temps!

Another fun day at The Indianapolis Zoo!!!

Fire Station Tour

We went on a tour of a Carmel Fire station with our MOPS group!
They showed us all around their lower level. The in and outs of the truck and then

they got a call and had to run!

They were nice enough to let us stay behind and get some more pics and the kids check out the

fire pole, which was a hit!!!

Family Visit to the Museum....

After our Riley appt we headed to the Children's Museum for a few hours of exploring!

Tim hadn't been there in a few years and loved the Bumblebee Transformer.

We learned that it was the actual "still" one that was used in the 2007 movie! I have passed by this transformer numerous times and didn't know that, now knowing that makes it a little cooler!

Of course must always do a fashion show at the Barbie exhibit!

We will miss this exhibit when it is gone!

We got there about 3pm, which was perfect time to go....no crowds at all!!!

We ended our day with a treat at Flying Cupcakes!

Annual Riley Visit...

Wednesday was Bella annual Riley appointment with Dr Miyamoto and hearing screen

This year they were able to test her right "affected" ear a little more because of her age and cognitive skills.

She also went in the sound booth on her own for the first time.

It was awesome to watch her and was so cute when she didn't hear what they were saying, she'd at least say, "what?"

Bella did awesome!

Her left ear remains in normal range and her left ear show severe/moderate hearing loss because of no canal or opening. Through special testing with different headphones they saw that she responded to some sounds and voice with her right ear currently. Which means they still believe that once she as surgery to open canal she will have normal hearing!

We also met with the plastics surgeon a month ago. If all goes as planned we will start the 1st of 4, 6 hour surgeries in 2 1/2years. That sentence in itself makes this mama very nervous and overwhelmed... but we will tackle that with many prayers and trust as we get closer to surgery time!

Once again, blessed beyond measures for our HEALTHY, happy, and beautiful sweet girl!!!!
